All Weekday School children participate in our motor skills program. The program is designed to encourage large motor development in our students through age-appropriate activities.

Child activities will aid in the development of the child’s awareness and sense of balance, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, foot-eye coordination, and laterality and directionality in their body movements.

Focus is on mastering a skill, rather than "winning" a game. Music and laughter sprinkled into the mix make this a favorite class for all students.

All Weekday School children participate in our motor skills program. In our music class you will see children singing, dancing, and playing instruments. Every effort is made to expose children to music of different cultures and seasons.

Children will be introduced to both traditional tunes and more contemporary styles of music.

Our 2 1/2, 3, and 4 year old children will participate in concerts throughout the year.

¡Hola, amigos! Our Young 2’s, 2 ½’s, 3’s and PreK participate in our Spanish classes. Children enrolled in Weekday School classes will enjoy learning conversational Spanish while exploring Spanish music, stories, and traditions.

Our two-and-a-half, three, and PreK classes participate in weekly STEM classes. Children engage in playful activities designed to promote inquiry, curiosity, and problem-solving while having fun!

The Literacy Lab is an ancillary classroom for PreK students combining the award-winning curriculum of Handwriting Without Tears and The Classroom Storytelling Project developed by Rice University Center for Education.
